Our Turn-Key service includes a
training program tailored to
either hard or soft capsule
manufacturing. This program
includes all related support and
administrative departments. This
hands-on experience provides our
customers with the overall
knowledge and confidence needed
to begin producing capsules in
their own facility.
Our
technical service program for
soft and hard capsule projects
includes:
All of our projects are under
the direct supervision of
Technophar's Vice-President of
Turn-Key Operations. A
team of engineers, technicians,
and production personnel
supports this individual in
order to bring the projects to
successful completion.

1.Preliminary Factory Design:
[top]
We provide a preliminary factory
design for a structure necessary
for the manufacture of soft or
hard gelatin capsules. To
insure local codes are met the
customer's architects must
review the designs submitted.
Where a suitable building
exists, modifications can be
made to accommodate the capsule
manufacturing operation.
