Die Rolls

Currently, we manufacture die rolls in the following sizes:

3" x 4"
6" x 4"
7.25" x 4"
10" x 6"
12" x 6

, and many standard or specialty shapes (oblong, oval, round, strawberry, pear, frog, duck, penguin, sun, etc.).

Per customer request, we can manufacture any other sizes and shapes.

Wedges and Distributor Plates

We manufacture wedges and distributor plates for the following die roll sizes:

3"
6"
7.25"
10"
12"

Our wedges are teflon coated in brass or aluminum, and can have the following configurations:

Wide or narrow
Bottom or side injection
Single or double injection
