Gelatin Pumping Systems

In 2005 Technophar developed a ground machine level gelatin pumping system. The idea behind the system was to provide our clients with flexibility of not having to build an expensive mezzanine or hang tanks over the machines. The system also provides clients with a CIP(Clean In Place) for the gelatin pumps and the Stainless Steel feed lines to the spreader boxes which improves on change over time. The most critical factor in our system is that we utilize ultra sonic level controls which give a signal back to the pumps to control the speed of the pumps. This results in no ribbon thickness deviation during speed changes and normal running conditions.
