Fill Pumping Systems

In 2005 Technophar developed a ground machine level fill pumping system. The idea behind the system was to provide our clients with flexibility of not having to build an expensive mezzanine or hanging tanks over the machines. Our system is offered with either a Stainless Steel lobe pump with VFD or a Stainless Steel diaphragm pump with pulse dampener to provide continuous supply of fill material with electronic level control to the medicine hopper on the machine.

Technophar also offers this system a re-circulation system back to fill tank providing and maintaining proper homogenous mixtures of fill materials(suspensions or pastes)

Technophar also offers these fill material pumping systems as stand alone units which can work with any soft gelatin capsule machine.
