Die Rolls
Technophar has vast expertise and uses advanced technology in tooling die rolls, wedges and distributor plates for soft equipment, offering various sizes and shapes. The Die Rolls are, twin Aluminum, high precision mechanical parts that generate the forming and the rotary encapsulation of the soft gelatin capsules on the rotary-die machine. Die Rolls are available in many standard or specialty shapes (oblong, oval, round, strawberry, pear, frog, duck, sun, etc.)
Die Roll features include:
- Perfect alignment and position of the forming pockets and cutting edges.
- Smooth surfaces, free of any scratches, make gelatin sticking impossible and provides easier release of the formed capsule.
- High corrosion resistance and excellent lasting durability due to the use of the highest strength of Aircraft quality Aluminum.
- Wide range of pocket shapes available.
