Soft Capsule Machines
Since 1995, TES has played an important role in the manufacture and distribution of equipment destined to the production of soft gelatin capsules for pharmaceutical, nutritional, cosmetic and paintball industries.
The development of TES new models of capsule machines, combined with the emergence of TES as one of the few worldwide suppliers of "Turn-Key" projects, brought to the company the leader in the design and manufacture of soft capsule equipment and provider of training, technology and technical assistance for starting-up new capsule facilities.
A total of 75 machines and 117 tumbler dryers, of different designs, have been sold, so far, to the world. A total of 27 Turn-Key projects have been completed worldwide, of which 16 projects in China only.

There are only a few companies who produce soft gelatin capsule machines and market their products throughout the world. The principles of capsule manufacturing have changed little since Robert Paul Scherer presented the world's first fully automated machine back in 1930.
What has emerged from this basic principle are improvements in design and construction of the equipment. Technophar has applied these principles in order to produce consistently higher quality capsules, significant increases in production output and technological advances that allow for low machine maintenance and high reliability.
