  • In operation, as a Canadian Corporation, since April 1984; registered and incorporated under the present name, i.e. Technophar Equipment and Service Limited (TES), on February 4th, 1988.  It is a private company, owned by Mr. Herman Victorov, a Canadian citizen.  It has three fully owned operations in Romania.

2. Facility

  • Technophar’s Canadian Headquarters have been relocated into a new building, completed in October 2003.  This facility has ample office space and a very modern assembling plant, combined with a self-contained annexed building, accommodating the welding and polishing operations, the shipping-receiving areas and the parts storage department. Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning have been provided throughout, along with all modern amenities, at high-quality standards, suitable to this kind of business.

  • It is built as a combination of structural steel and concrete block construction, with metal roof deck on open web steel joists. Exterior finish is done in metal siding, for the plant, and acrylic stucco system for the office.

  • The total office and plant area is 28,500 sq ft, of which: plant (ground floor) - 12,000 sq ft, plant (mezzanine) - 3,500 sq ft, office (first and second floors) - 6,900 sq ft; the total building footprint is 22,800 sq ft. The annexed building area is 2,800 sq ft. The lot is 71,900 sq ft, with a frontage of 140 ft.

  • The office area accommodates the Executive and Managing personnel, the Financial, Sales/Marketing and Engineering departments, as well as Boardrooms for meetings with our worldwide clientele.

  • The main plant accommodates the assembling activities for TES' trademark equipment - the Hard and Soft Capsule Machines, as well as for other related, or non-related equipment.  It accommodates, also, all R&D activities and contains a well-defined area provided with the minimum necessary Machine Tools to sustain the assembling needs.
