Technophar is
strongly engaged in the process
of manufacturing Pinbars
in order to meet the most
rigorous requirements of hard
gelatin capsule manufacturers.
Pinbars represent a
commodity that is critical in
the making of the two-piece
empty hard gelatin capsules used
in the Pharmaceutical and
Nutritional Industry.
Tooling that has to be installed
on the hard capsule machine to
enable the molding and the
making of different sizes of
capsules in various designs and
features.
The
accuracy of dimensions and
tolerances of capsules and their
quality is highly dependent of
the precision of the molding
pins on Pinbars.
The
range of Pinbars
is suitable for hard gelatin
capsules, with either
Technophar's design
or customer's design. Body and
cap for all sizes: #000, #00,
#0, #0EL #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5.
Bars, on which the pins are to
be riveted, are made with either
Technophar's
design or customer's design for
5, 6 or 7 bar dipping system,
with 30 holes and options of 22
or 27 holes. They are made of
precision ground Stainless Steel
grade 416, 24-28 RC.
