| 1984 | Technophar Equipment and Service began operations. Main Objective: designing and building hard gelatin capsule machines |

| 1991 | Technophar established a European division in Transylvania Romania. Main Objective: manufacturing high precision parts and sections for the hard gelatin capsule machines. |
| 1995 | Technophar started the design and manufacture of soft gelatin capsule machines and tumbler dryers. |
| 1996 | Technophar moved into a brand new building, in Windsor, Ontario, divided in two major sections: Technophar: manufacturing facility for the hard and soft capsule machines. Gelcell Capsule Limited: production facility of hard and soft capsules. |
| 1998 | Technophar s.r.l. second plant was established in Cornu, Prahova, Romania. Main objectives: manufacturing high precision parts sections for soft capsule machines and building complete soft capsule machines and pinbar manufacturing operation. |
| 2004 | Technophar moved into its new world headquarters building in Tecumseh, a suburb of Windsor, Ontario. |
| 2005 | Technophar introduces its new line of electronically geared soft capsule machines. These machines achieve the highest output for softgel capsules. |
| 2006 | Technophar introduces its new 7 bar dip elongated hard capsule machine with two sets of automatics for increased capsule output (50 bars per minute). This new machine is also equipped with 6 motion control axis, improving on capsule quality. |
| 2008 | Technophar launches its new line of Pharma Equipment in Europe and Middle East. |
