Allan Broom - President

Allan Broom, President, is a Canadian Professional Engineer with over 15 years international business experience in engineering, machinery manufacturing and technical services. Business streams he has led previously, for businesses headquartered in Canada and Europe, include consulting engineering, new machine manufacture, machinery rebuilds and upgrades, productivity enhancement products, technical services, spare parts and maintenance services. Allan was very pleased to be able to bring this experience and his leadership to the ongoing successful development of the Technophar group of companies (with operations in Canada and Romania) in January 2008.


Mr. Wolfgang Meuthen

Wolfgang Meuthen - Senior Vice President and CFO

Wolfgang Meuthen brings thirty years of professional experience in the engineering, machinery and services business from the global pulp and paper industry. He held the position of Vice President Financing / Controlling for Voith Paper GmbH a division of the Voith AG, Germany for 18 years prior to joining the Technophar Group on 01.09.2008 as CFO in the Global Management Organization.


Mr. Victor Calin

Victor Calin - Senior Vice President and COO

Victor Calin holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Electronics with 29 years experience in automation and control for industrial equipment and machinery. He has been a member of the Technophar Equipment & Service Team for the past 12 years. During this time he has proven to be an influential force in the advancement of the design and manufacturing of Hard and Soft Capsule Production Machines and related Auxiliary Equipment, including Turn-Key projects worldwide.


Mr. Paul Lukas

Paul Lukas - Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing

With Technophar for over 10 years, Paul Lukas has held several positions within the company. Before coming to Technophar Paul worked for one of the largest Generic drug firms, Ivax. During his seven years with Ivax he was responsible for the new implementation of a seven machine soft gelatin capsule manufacturing plant in Falkenhagen, Germany. In his last two years with Ivax he was re-located to the Czech Republic for the implementation of a containment plant for soft gelatin capsules producing Cyclosporine. Previous to Ivax Paul worked as a Project Manager for Capsule Technology Intl. for four years starting up hard and soft gelatin capsule plants globally.
